The role requires problem-solving under pressure, coordination with multiple departments, and a commitment to quality. ITAR/EAR requirements may apply and a security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 4 years in production and personnel management.
• Must have the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to learn the project management software within 3 months.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident; must obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manages production processes to meet customer requirements and work instructions.
• Prioritizes daily tasks in coordination with Operations Management.
• Coordinates production activities with Hamilton Ops and Project Management.
• Trains cell leads on risk management, employee issues, and work orders.
• Provides risk management of facilities and workforce.
• Resolves operational problems to prevent delays and extra costs.
• Implements standard operating practices and ensures compliance with safety standards.
