Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking a Project Engineer to manage aerospace projects from concept through manufacturing. You will interact with customers, develop statements of work, and support design and production activities on site in WA.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, 2+ years of experience, and proficiency in CATIA/NX CAD. Leadership ability and comfort on the shop floor are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with CATIA and NX or equivalent CAD software.
• Experience with composites, lean manufacturing, or complex aircraft assemblies is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from customer input to design and manufacturing.
• Provide design and manufacturing support and liaise with customers.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Direct engineering activities including design and drafting and work order prep.
