Job summary

Blackwave Texas Inc. seeks an IT Systems Administrator to own onsite IT support and lifecycle management for a US tenant in Port San Antonio. You will implement and secure networks, manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, and maintain ITAR/NIST aligned controls across Windows and Mac endpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT systems administration, MSP engineering, manufacturing or defense IT.
• Experience working with or managing a managed service provider.
• Willingness to complete a background check and, if required, a security clearance.
• English is required (fluent).

Responsibilities

• Own onsite IT support and the full user lifecycle within the first 90 days.
• Reduce the MSP to an escalation role within 6 months with runbooks and documentation.
• Maintain ITAR and TCP controls with access, logging and evidence within 6 months.
• Deliver defined SLAs, patch compliance above 95%, backups and incident playbook within 12 months.
• Prepare site and shop floor IT for production ramp by Q4 2027.
