Atlas Technica is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to join our on-site team in Austin, TX. You will deliver dedicated support, resolve escalations, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-growing MSP environment.

Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and virtualization, while maintaining documentation and following change-control procedures. This role demands strong client-facing communication and onsite presence in Austin.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT, desktop support or systems engineering.
• Strong Windows OS and end-user support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 stack and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, AD, GPO.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with Azure workloads and enterprise networking.
• MSP environment experience with ConnectWise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support to end users.
• Serve as escalation point for junior staff.
• Mentor and develop Junior Systems Engineers.
• Manage tickets through the organization’s system.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Office, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Assist with networking and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
