Frontera Space is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to serve as the primary on-site IT resource at headquarters in Cedar Park, TX. You will manage day-to-day support, cloud services, endpoints, and infrastructure for HQ, fabrication shop, and test facilities.

You will own identity management, endpoint security, and network administration while collaborating with Engineering on test-system connectivity. This role requires hands-on problem solving and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT systems administration, infrastructure, or technical support experience and ability to work independently.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, Windows endpoint support, user provisioning, and authentication troubleshooting.
• Solid networking knowledge (DNS/DHCP/VLANs) and experience with switches, cabling, and Wi‑Fi.
• PowerShell scripting, endpoint security, MFA, least-privilege principles, and technical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day IT support and onboarding/offboarding; procure and deploy equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, and endpoint identities.
• Support cloud services (AWS WorkSpaces) and centralized management; develop scripts and repeatable procedures.
• Install, administer, and troubleshoot network equipment (switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, DNS/DHCP).
• Coordinate with Engineering on test-system connectivity; assist with cybersecurity monitoring and documentation.
