Job summary

Blackpoint Cyber is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to own day-to-day IT operations for ~230 team members across macOS and Windows. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, administer our SaaS stack, and maintain devices, licenses, and assets securely.

You will resolve Tier 1–2 issues from runbooks, handle identity and access tasks, MFA resets, Entra/SSO, and support user experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with a focus on uptime.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT operations experience in Windows and macOS.
• Experience managing SaaS platforms and licenses.
• Strong ticketing approach with SLA discipline.
• Identity and access management experience including MFA and SSO.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day IT operations; manage Jira Service Management queue and SLAs.
• Administer SaaS platforms: Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and related access.
• Resolve common Tier 1–2 issues across macOS and Windows; escalate with context when needed.
• Execute identity and access tasks: MFA resets, Entra/SSO group and role assignments.
