Frontera Space seeks an IT Systems Administrator to be the primary on-site IT resource at headquarters in Cedar Park, TX. You will own daily support for cloud services, endpoints, and infrastructure across headquarters, fabrication shop, and test facility.

You will administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and network services, while supporting AWS WorkSpaces and on-premise hardware. This role involves hands-on installation and project participation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of direct IT systems administration, infrastructure, or technical support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration; endpoint troubleshooting.
• Solid networking knowledge (DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs) and cabling basics.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell) and endpoint security controls.
• Ability to document configurations and support procedures clearly.
• Willingness to handle both routine support and hands-on installation work.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day IT support and onboarding/offboarding for employees.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and MFA.
• Support AWS WorkSpaces and centralized management; develop repeatable scripts and procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot network equipment, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Support AV, conference systems, and security/access control; assist at fabrication/test facilities.
• Coordinate connectivity for test systems and collaborate with Engineering.
• Assist with cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, and compliance (NIST SP 800-171).
• Document infrastructure changes and maintain asset records and diagrams.
• Participate in projects, migrations, and vendor coordination.
