The role reports to the Sales Director for Aerospace and involves identifying new business opportunities, driving growth in the assigned market, and delivering customer-centric solutions across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering roles focusing on advanced applications and systems.
• Technical background in advanced applications and systems engineering.
• Technical background in sensing sales.
• Aerospace and Defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of advanced applications and system solutions with key Aerospace and Defense customers.
• Develop and execute technical sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Overseeing a portfolio tailored to the customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with the SAM to formulate sales strategies for revenue growth.
• Identify and develop strong relationships with engineers and key technical partners.
