Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in strategy, business development, or growth leadership.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional global teams.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise growth strategies.
• Experience supporting both U.S. Government and commercial customers.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EDS’s global growth strategy across defense, commercial aerospace, and international markets.
• Identify, qualify, and capture new opportunities in EW, Radar, RF Systems, Mission Computing, Software, Space, and adjacent tech.
• Expand Honeywell EDS presence into international defense markets via internal partnerships.
• Lead market assessments to identify emerging technologies and investment priorities.
• Build multi-year growth pipelines to support AOP and STRAP.
