Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated in the United States seeks a Senior Aerospace Sales Engineer - Engines to lead strategic account development and drive engine program growth.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle with OEMs in commercial and military engine segments, collaborate with design and manufacturing teams, and target long‑term revenue growth while delivering solutions across RBC's bearings and engineered components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience selling to Engine OEMs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate technical concepts related to engine components.
• Willingness to travel 40–50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture new business opportunities within commercial and military engine OEMs.
• Develop account growth strategies for current production engines and aftermarket services.
• Lead commercial presentations, customer visits, and design reviews.
• Coordinate quotes, pricing, contracts, and customer communications.
• Maintain CRM opportunities tracking and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to meet revenue and growth targets.
