XCUTIVES INC. seeks a high-energy Aerospace Sales Leader to manage existing customer relationships and acquire, develop, and scale strategic Aerospace OEM & Tier-1 accounts across North America.

The role focuses on selling product engineering, embedded software, digital engineering, and technology services into major aerospace. The candidate will leverage established relationships to penetrate large North American Tier-1 organizations, engaging Site Directors, VPs of Engineering, and BU

Qualifications

  • 10–12 years of sales/business development experience in engineering and technology services, with at least 5 years focused on Aerospace & Defense.
  • Strong existing relationships within major North American Aerospace Tier-1 organizations.
  • Ability to engage and influence Site Directors, Engineering Directors, VPs of Engineering, Program Leaders, Procurement/Supply Chain leaders, and BU leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships from site-level engineering leadership through corporate and business-unit executives.
  • Develop detailed account maps covering sites, business units, engineering organizations, decision makers, procurement and whitespace opportunities.
  • Identify customer engineering priorities and proactively create opportunities rather than relying only on RFIs/RFPs.
  • Position client across avionics & embedded software, V&V/certification, systems engineering, digital engineering, AI, simulation, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing engineering.
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline and multi-year strategic account plan.
  • Expand initial engagements into multi-site, multi-BU, and global engineering partnerships.
  • Work closely with delivery and engineering leadership to ensure strong execution, customer satisfaction, and account expansion.

Job description

Seeking a high-energy Aerospace Sales Leader to manage existing customer relationships and acquire, develop, and scale strategic Aerospace OEM & Tier-1 accounts across North America.

The candidate should have established relationships and a proven track record of selling product engineering, embedded software, digital engineering, and technology services into major aerospace.

Experience & Profile
  • 10–12 years of sales/business development experience in engineering and technology services, with at least 5 years focused on Aerospace & Defense.
  • Strong existing relationships within major North American Aerospace Tier-1 organizations.
  • Ability to engage and influence Site Directors, Engineering Directors, VPs of Engineering, Program Leaders, Procurement/Supply Chain leaders, and BU leadership.
  • Proven ability to penetrate large accounts, map multiple business units/sites, and build multi-million-dollar engineering engagements.
  • Track record of independently shaping, negotiating, and closing $5M+ deals.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace engineering, including avionics, embedded systems, systems engineering, V&V, DO-178C, DO-254, DO-160, MBSE, simulation, mechanical/product engineering, and certification support.
  • Strong commercial understanding of rate cards, managed services, ODC/GDC models, and pricing
