Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of design experience in electronics or electro-mechanical products.
• Experience in a small business environment preferred.
• Experience in designing electronic products for the military preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with daily customer interaction.
• Understanding of FARS / DFARS and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans.
• Manage new leads from inception to order.
• Analyze sales performance against forecast goals.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Serve as the focal point for resolving customer complaints.
