Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking a Business Development Manager - FDH Electronics to drive revenue growth across assigned accounts in the United States. You will own the end-to-end sales process, build strong customer relationships, and deliver tailored electronics solutions while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years of field sales in Military Electronics, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% to visit clients and conduct quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years field sales experience in Military Electronics.
• Experience presenting strategic plans, QBRs, and growth initiatives to major customers.
• Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate, and drive revenue in a technical environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts to drive revenue.
• Qualify needs, coordinate quotes with ISRs, negotiate and close opportunities.
• Achieve annual sales quota for assigned accounts.
• Develop new customer relationships and expand opportunities.
• Promote sales through packages, tech support, and product development.
• Update rolling forecasts and monitor profitability for accounts.
• Conduct regular client visits and quarterly reviews.
• Maintain CRM records and respond promptly to inquiries.
