Job summary

FDH Aero seeks a Business Development Manager for FDH Electronics in Colorado to drive revenue through end-to-end sales with assigned accounts. You will build client relationships, tailor solutions, quote, negotiate, and fulfill orders while aligning with divisional strategy.

You will travel up to 50% to visit clients, conduct quarterly reviews, and forecast monthly variances. A bachelor’s degree is preferred with 3+ years in military electronics sales and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred plus 3+ years field sales experience in the Military Electronics Industry.
• Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
• Experience preparing QBRs, presenting strategic plans to grow sales and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and manage complex projects in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process for Colorado accounts; drive revenue and growth.
• Qualify needs, recommend FDH Electronics solutions, prepare quotes and close opportunities.
• Achieve the annual sales quota for assigned accounts.
• Establish new relationships and develop additional business opportunities.
• Promote sales through product packages, support, and opportunity management.
• Monitor profitability and update rolling forecasts; travel regularly for client visits.
