Parametric Solutions Inc. in Jupiter, FL, is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth strategies and expand our engineering services portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years in a technical sales, account management, or project tracking role within an aerospace environment.
• Deep comfort level collaborating with engineering teams and communicating technical capabilities to clients.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the business development lifecycle, aligning growth initiatives with engineering, prototyping, and testing capabilities.
• Lead consultative sales and capture strategies to expand revenue across existing accounts and with tier-1 aerospace OEMs and defense primes and power generation clients.
• Represent the company at aviation, defense, and power generation trade shows to establish industry relationships and source leads.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining proactive communication regarding project performance and opportunities.
• Bridge the gap between customer demands and execution teams to shape detailed Work statements, proposals, and purchase orders.
