Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth within the FDH Electronics division. The role focuses on end-to-end sales for assigned accounts across the Illinois region, building strong customer relationships, delivering tailored electronic solutions, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 5+ years of field sales experience in military electronics, with excellent negotiation and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related field.
• 5+ years field sales experience in Military Electronics Industry or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in the region.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts and drive revenue.
• Qualify needs, prepare quotes with ISRs, negotiate and close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast quarterly reviews.
• Develop new relationships and expand existing accounts to grow revenue.
