Job summary

TotalEnergies Group in Bellevue is seeking a skilled business development professional to capture new Aerospace and Aero-Defense opportunities. You will work with customers, management, and cross-functional teams to plan scope, deliverables, and proposals, and represent the company at industry events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 6–10 years of experience in aerospace business development, with travel to US and global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• US citizen preferred but not mandatory.
• Working technical knowledge in Aerospace & Aero-Defense products and aerostructures.
• 6–10 years’ experience in capturing new business.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, including NA and overseas.
• Effective time management and communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, work plans, budgets, and proposals with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and events as needed.
• Develop professional relationships with potential customers in Aerospace and Aero-Defense.
