Job summary

Cummings Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead all aspects of recruiting for highly technical roles across multiple locations.

This full-time exempt role reports to the Senior Human Resources Administrator and drives staffing from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and 8+ years of experience recruiting cleared professionals in the aerospace and defense industry.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration required.
8+ years recruiting experience in highly technical roles.
Experience recruiting cleared professionals across the USA.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Unanet and Costpoint preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of recruiting for portfolios across all locations.
Interface with Program Directors and Operations Managers to define staffing needs.
Source, screen, and track candidates using all resources.
Coordinate interviews with leadership and customers; negotiate offers.
Develop recruiting policies, procedures, and training materials.
Monitor recruiting trends and develop strategies to meet staffing needs.
Contribute to employee retention initiatives and manage recruiting budget.
Perform other HR duties as assigned.
