Job summary

Crissair, Inc. is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing, operations, and professional roles. The role partners with HR leadership to craft job requirements, post advertisements, source candidates and manage onboarding for new hires.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting, with aerospace/defense experience preferred and strong knowledge of California employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Aerospace/defense recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing/technical roles.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing & candidate assessment skills.
• Knowledge of California employment laws and compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding and integration.
• Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers and HR leadership.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and outreach.
• Lead recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and professional roles.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding logistics and candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Monitor onboarding feedback and recruitment KPIs.
• Draft and post job advertisements across channels.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and vendor relationships.
