• Experience partnering with hiring managers and data-driven recruiting strategies
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and specialized manufacturing roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and candidate profiles
• Source and build pipelines through job boards, networks, schools, and partnerships
• Screen, interview, and reference-check candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Improve speed and quality of hiring through innovative interviewing processes
• Manage multiple requisitions with timely communication to teams and candidates
• Track recruiting metrics and influence workforce planning decisions
