Job summary

Crissair, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and professional roles.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to craft accurate postings, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive an excellent candidate experience. The role requires aerospace recruiting experience, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/HRIS, and strong skills in interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment, while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Aerospace or defense industry recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for warehouse, assembly and test, skilled trades, technical manufacturing, and professional positions
Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills
Familiarity with California employment laws and compliant hiring practices
In-house recruiting experience within manufacturing or industrial sectors (preferred)
Experience recruiting CNC Machinists, CNC Programmers, Tool Makers, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Inspectors, or similar roles (preferred)
Experience supporting organizations with ~100-500 employees (preferred)
Onboarding facilitation and 30/60/90-day check-ins (preferred)

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, onboarding and integration.
Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop recruiting strategies and define job requirements.
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, trade schools and outreach.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, operations, administrative and professional roles.
Conduct phone screens and initial assessments; coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing and technical positions.
Coordinate onboarding activities and 30-, 60-, 90-day check-ins.
Ensure onboarding plans, training milestones and documentation are completed.
Monitor onboarding feedback and recruitment KPIs; report progress to HR leadership.
Draft, post and refresh job advertisements across ATS and external channels.
Coordinate pre-employment checks and vendor relationships.
