Job summary

Crissair, Inc. is seeking a recruitment professional to manage full-cycle hiring for manufacturing, operations, and professional roles.

You will partner with HR leadership to develop hiring strategies, define job requirements, and ensure postings reflect business needs and compensation. You will source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outreach, while building strong pipelines for hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Aerospace or defense industry recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, assembly and test, skilled trades, technical manufacturing, and professional positions.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiarity with California employment laws and compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, onboarding, and new hire integration.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and ensure job postings reflect needs and compensation.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, operations, administrative, and professional roles.
• Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments; coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill manufacturing and technical positions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and 30-, 60-, 90-day check-ins; ensure onboarding milestones are met.
• Monitor onboarding feedback to improve retention and manager support.
• Prepare updates on recruitment KPIs and progress toward hiring goals.
