Qualifications

• Help maintain accurate documentation and customer order information.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service, supply chain or aerospace, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage order details, follow up on requests, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and basic math skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Collaborative, dependable, and proactive problem-solving approach.
