Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics in Burbank, CA is seeking a Customer Service Administrator II to support sales and customer relations on-site. The role involves processing orders, quotes, warranty returns, and coordinating with Account Managers and other departments to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years of applicable Customer Service work experience in Aerospace manufacturing.
• Knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms, ITAR compliance; FAR/DFAR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate customer purchase orders for Crane compliance and regulations.
• Enter purchase order requirements into ERP and provide order acknowledgements to customers.
• Interpret and utilize Crane Business System tools to support continuous improvement.
• Prepare timely responses to RFQs and convey pricing/delivery information to customers.
• Support accounts receivable to address past due payment issues.
