Park Aerospace Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers and internal teams. You will handle high-volume email communication and data entry, supporting the full order lifecycle from quoting to delivery.

You will prepare quotes using Excel, review orders in Oracle 11i, maintain AS9100-compliant files, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Legal to obtain approvals and terms. This role offers hands-on training and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must type at least 40 words per minute.
• Strong written communication for quotes, emails, and customer documentation.
• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales support role.
• Ability to organize and prioritize high-volume work with accuracy and urgency.
• Strong Excel skills for quoting and data tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone (high volume).
• Prepare and process material quotes using Excel and summaries.
• Review customer purchase orders and enter them into Oracle 11i.
• Maintain customer files in AS9100 compliance.
• Use customer portals to manage orders or approvals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Legal for order approval and terms.
• Track and expedite customer orders and provide updates.
• Communicate issues to internal teams.
• Attend production/WIP meetings and complete follow-up actions.
• Perform export screenings and ITAR/EAR requirements as needed.
• Support other CSRs and complete additional administrative tasks.
