Job summary

Astronics is seeking a Customer Success Representative to support the Aerospace and Defense team in Oregon. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across cross-functional groups to ensure smooth order processing and customer communication.

Responsibilities include data entry into ERP, coordinating with customers such as Boeing, Airbus, and Embraer, and maintaining accurate pricing and ship dates while addressing inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High level of accuracy with data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated and dynamic problem solver.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams; comfortable learning new programs.

Responsibilities

• Process written orders for merchandise into ERP system accurately.
• Maintain communication with customers such as Boeing, Airbus, and Embraer.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and needed information.
• Update ERP with correct pricing and ship dates.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning/materials, warehouse and production to complete work orders.
• Serve as liaison between company and customer on quality issues and engineering changes.
• Compile statistics and prepare reports for management.
• Prioritize and respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Address and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner; escalate when needed.
