Job summary

CAEtech Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Aerospace Manufacturing in Torrance, CA for a full-time contract position with benefits.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, coordinating order management, delivery commitments, and communications to support on-time delivery. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Contracts, Sales and Accounts Receivable to ensure customer requirements are understood, documented, and executed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and manage day-to-day interactions.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery commitments, and customer communications.
• Support compliance with customer agreements and contract requirements.
• Monitor delivery requirements and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Resolve invoice and deduction issues in coordination with Accounts Receivable.
• Collaborate with Planning and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.
