Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Burbank, CA is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the Customer Service Administration team, oversee contract administration, order fulfillment, and end-to-end support, and act as the customer advocate to improve satisfaction.

This on-site role requires 5+ years of related experience with 3+ years in management; BS in Business; experience with ERP systems (Oracle); strong leadership and process improvement skills; salary range is $144,100–$193,200 annually

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in customer service management.
• 3+ years in a management role leading a team.
• Knowledge of Aerospace & Defense order management and contract terms.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service Administration team and set goals.
• Manage contract administration and order fulfillment end-to-end.
• Serve as customer advocate and drive Voice of the Customer improvements.
• Ensure process consistency, quality, and efficiency.
