Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of export controls and ITAR; Incoterms; FAR/DFAR compliance.
• Experience with ERP and customer portals; strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with account managers to provide quotes and status updates.
• Administer ERP entries and respond to customer requests promptly.
