The ideal candidate has 5+ years in related roles with 3+ years in management, strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle), and BS in Business or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Service Administration team with KPI-driven goals
• Manage metrics to support the annual operating plan and improve customer satisfaction
• Allocate customer assignments to balance workload and ensure timely order administration
• Drive standardization and efficiency across the order-to-delivery process
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and process compliance
• Serve as escalation point for the Customer Service team and provide guidance
