Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is hiring an Aerospace Customer Service Admin I in Burbank, CA, on-site. The role supports sales success through order entry, quotes, and customer liaison tasks within an ERP environment.

Responsibilities include processing quotes and orders, managing shipments statuses, supporting accounts receivable, and ensuring export compliance. A High School Diploma is required, with 2+ years in customer service and preferred Oracle ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and account management experience in a regulated environment.
• ERP and CRM systems knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with export controls and ITAR awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely responses to customer requests for quotes (RFQ) and convey pricing/delivery details.
• Enter purchase order requirements into ERP and provide order acknowledgements.
• Support accounts receivable to address past due payments for the assigned customer base.
• Process warranty returns and ensure timely processing to meet customer needs.
• Maintain relationships by providing accurate shipment status via various channels.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales/Account Managers to ensure customer forecasts are entered in ERP to drive material planning.
• Ensure export compliance requirements are followed.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.
