Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Burbank, CA seeks a Customer Service Administrator I to support sales by handling quotes, order entry, data entry in ERP, and coordinating with regional managers. This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance with ITAR requirements.

You will manage customer communications, track orders, assist with AR, warranty returns, and export compliance, while building strong customer relationships and contributing to timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of applicable Customer Service and Account Management work in a highly regulated environment.
• Basic understanding of pricing principles and how to research invoices, payments, and debits.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems; proficient in Microsoft Office and customer communication

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely responses to customer requests for quotes (RFQ) and convey pricing and delivery information.
• Review and enter purchase order requirements into ERP and provide order acknowledgements.
• Support accounts receivable to address past due payments for the assigned customer base.
• Process warranty returns and ensure timely processing to support customer requirements.
• Establish and grow relationships with customers by providing accurate status of shipments and proactive communication.
• Coordinate with demand management and sales teams to ensure forecasts are entered into ERP to drive material requirements.
• Ensure export compliance requirements are adhered to.
