Zusammenfassung

RTX (Raytheon) – Pratt & Whitney seeks a Bench Mechanic for 3rd shift (11:30pm–7:00am), Monday–Friday, at our Wells, ME facility. You will follow instructions to perform pre-coating operations, surface prep, masking, and post-coating tasks on aerospace engine components, using micrometers, verniers, calipers and other gauges.

The role offers on-the-job training, potential overtime, and a comprehensive benefits program as part of a supportive team at RTX.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexibility around shifts, for training and to maintain workflow, including overtime
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

Aufgaben

• Perform pre-coating operations including surface preparation and masking
• Perform post coating tasks and troubleshoot equipment
• Deal with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, verniers, calipers and micrometers
• Perform Total Preventive Maintenance on applicable machines/equipment
