RTX is seeking a Bench Mechanic for the Weekend shift in Wells, ME. The role requires performing pre-coating operations, surface prep, masking, and post-coating tasks on aerospace components. You will assist with minor repairs, maintenance, and quality checks using precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years related experience or a degree/certificate from a post-secondary or vocational school in a related field
• High School or GED required

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-coating operations from instructions.
• Surface preparation and masking duties.
• Post coating tasks: removing parts, masking, troubleshooting.
