Parker Aerospace is seeking an Account Manager for the Services & Support Operations division in Irvine, CA. You will manage sales activities, bookings, and growth opportunities for Premier and Strategic customers, coordinating with internal teams to improve customer scorecards and drive long-term profitability across Parker’s aftermarket product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field with eight or more years of experience, including two+ years in program management or customer account management.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for aftermarket products and services.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for top management and customers.

Responsabilités

• Acts as primary interface with Premier and Strategic customers, maintaining long-term relationships at all levels.
• Leads resolution of issues regarding Parker support and coordinates with service centers and divisions.
• Drives profitable growth of spares, repairs, and retrofit business across Parker Aerospace product lines.
• Leads and conducts face-to-face customer reviews and prepares presentations for these reviews.
