Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Service Center Manager II in Irvine, CA to lead aftermarket service center operations and coordinate with the division to meet financial and customer service goals.

The role requires developing forecasts, managing activities to achieve sales plans, negotiating contracts, and driving continuous improvement across teams. Travel may be involved; US citizenship/export eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; MBA preferred.
• Eight or more years in aerospace or a similar high-tech industry with 2+ years leading teams and customer-facing projects.
• Knowledge of contractual terms and financial modeling (pricing, cost analysis).
• Proficient in standard software applications and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops site or division aftermarket forecasts and input to multi-year sales plans.
• Plans and directs service center activities to achieve the annual sales plan; monitors backlog and orders.
• Develops new sales opportunities through PI&R, long-term maintenance agreements, and business development.
• Leads cross-functional coordination with division teams and customers on issues and opportunities.
• Advocates continuous improvement; drives standard work, Kaizens, and process improvements.
• Plans and manages technical customer support activities to address field performance issues and risk mitigation.
