Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to provide exemplary service and support for a group of assigned accounts. You will own quotes, bookings, RMAs, credits, and reports, while driving customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and supply chain teams.

Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Sales, Planning, and Procurement, you’ll ensure accurate pricing, timely responses, and adherence to contract terms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in MRO, customer-service/inside sales, Aerospace/Aviation After‑Market.
• Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident.

Responsibilities

• Manage aftermarket customer accounts: quoting, repair-order review, bookings, credits, returns, reports, follow-up/status, resolution/relationship-management.
• Work closely with Supply-Chain, Operations, Quality and Trade Compliance to meet customer requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries; serve as primary contact for buyers and supply chain personnel.
