Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Irvine, CA is seeking an Order Administration Supervisor to lead the Order Management Specialists team within the Services and Support Operations division. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of order processing, while guiding a team and coordinating with military and defence customers.

The role requires five years of experience in order management or related fields, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a proven ability to coach others. U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in order management or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience with customer forms and systems preferred (DD1149, 2410, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily work activity of Order Management Specialists/Admin Specialists.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; support onboarding and cross-training.
• Oversee the processing and management of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Serve as an escalation point for customers and internal teams to resolve complex order status inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams — military business teams, contracts, pricing, finance and division operations — to address order-related challenges.
• Manage and monitor customer portals across the team, including purchase order downloads, status updates, and expedite requests.
• Compile, analyze, and review data and reports to support broader reporting and project needs.
• Identify and champion continuous improvement opportunities within order management processes.
