Unified Health Partners, LLC seeks an Aeromedical Case Manager Administrative Specialist to support HQ AFRC Aeromedical Case Management at Robins AFB, GA. You will handle intake, data entry, and scheduling coordination for the high-volume case-management lane.

The role is full-time, on-site, with cross-training to cover adjudication during surge; prior military medical environment experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience processing physical exams and medical standards in a military medical environment (e.g., USAF PES, aeromedical, or reserve medical unit).
• Experience with data-entry and case-management workflows in electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry intake and data-entry throughput for HQ AFRC case-management (≈1,350 actions per month).
• Load cases into electronic system of record and complete technician-level inputs for front- and back-end management.
• Coordinate evaluation scheduling with ACS and MTFs, screen and route correspondence, and rotate to cover adjudication during surge.
