Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Medical Case Manager lead to support aeromedical case-management for HQ AFRC at Robins AFB, GA. You will carry a personal caseload while serving as the primary government interface, coordinating team workflows and performance metrics.

Responsibilities include adjudicating cases, generating reports, guiding RMUs, and coordinating with MAJCOMs and AFRC leadership. On-site, full-time position with DoD-compliant requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience processing physical exams and medical standards in military or equivalent environment.
• Knowledge of USAF medical, retention, flying-class and LOD policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple cases and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contractor Focal Point and government interface; respond within required timeframes.
• Manage active case load and adjudicate accession, retention, and flying-class waiver cases.
• Own team workflow: load-balance queues, track timeliness, and adjust priorities.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and annual reports; manage data quality and metrics.
• Provide guidance to reserve medical units on documentation and policy.
• Assist with planning and executing training events for the SGP division.
