1 Health Solutions, LLC is seeking an Aeromedical Case Manager Lead at Robbins Air Force Base in Georgia to provide administrative and technical case management support for HQ AFRC Aerospace and Operational Medicine.

This role serves as the on-site focal point, leads on-site personnel, and coordinates medical cases affecting flying and non-flying personnel to ensure medical readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Health Information Management or related field.
• Six years of direct Air Force Aerospace Medicine or case management experience.
• Experience with Air Force readiness programs and waiver processing.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site lead and primary point of contact for daily operations.
• Coordinate workload and monitor productivity and metrics.
• Prepare reports and provide leadership briefings.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Air Force instructions and contract requirements.
• Review and process aeromedical case files for flying and non-flying personnel.
• Coordinate with RMUs, MTFs, ACS, MAJCOMs, and Air Force personnel regarding case requirements.
