Job summary

Unified Health Partners, LLC in Warner Robins, GA seeks an Aeromedical Administrative Specialist focused on intake, data entry, and system-of-record integrity. On-site at HQ AFRC, you will manage high-volume medical data, load cases into AIMWTS/ECT/PEPP/MEDXS, and support adjudication across multiple teams.

You will work in a full-time, non-exempt role requiring DoD-aligned training, strong English communication, and attention to data accuracy in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in military medical environment or equivalent civilian aeromedical or DES environment.
• Working knowledge of USAF medical standards, LOD determinations, and AMWG/MSD references.
• Basic anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and ICD-10 coding knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong project/workflow management.
• Proficiency with Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office; accurate data entry across systems.
• Independent work style with strong time management and customer service skills.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English; data integrity focus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, track, and review incoming medical data for provider adjudication.
• Load cases into the electronic systems and update status across AIMWTS/ECT/PEPP/MEDXS.
• Perform technician-level inputs for front-end and back-end case management.
• Provide written instructions to reserve medical units for incomplete cases.
• Review cases from RMUs, ACS, and RS ensuring data completeness.
• Track cases through review and inform leadership of status.
• Coordinate scheduling evaluations with ACS/MTF and other agencies.
• Cross-cover adjudication support and unit/customer assistance as needed.
