Job summary

1 Health Solutions, LLC is seeking an Aeromedical Case Manager Lead at Robbins Air Force Base, GA. You will supervise on-site personnel, oversee aeromedical case adjudication, and ensure compliance with Air Force medical standards while coordinating with RMUs, MTFs, ACS, and MAJCOMs.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and experience with medical readiness programs, waiver processing, and documentation systems. Travel and security requirements may apply based on contract.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 6 years of related military/civilian experience in Air Force aerospace medicine or aeromedical case management.
• Experience with Air Force medical readiness programs and waiver processing; familiarity with medical terminology and documentation standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of AIMWTS, PEPP, ECT, MEDXS, MICT, and JLV is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Lead and primary point of contact for daily operations.
• Coordinate workload distribution and ensure timely completion of case management activities.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports, memoranda, and leadership briefings; support policy updates.
