Qualifications

• Domain experience in processing and managing medical data in a military or equivalent aeromedical environment.
• Knowledge of medical standards and regulatory guidance related to retention, flying classes, and LOD determinations.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and ICD-10 coding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong project-management and workflow-tracking.
• Proficiency with Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office; accurate data entry across systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, track, and review incoming medical data for provider adjudication.
• Load cases into the system of record and update AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, MEDXS, and PSC tracking.
• Complete technician-level inputs for front-end and back-end case management.
• Provide instructions to reserve medical units for cases needing more information.
• Coordinate scheduling of evaluations with ACS, MTF, or civilian agencies.
• Cross-cover adjudication support and unit/member customer support.
