YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing, merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You possess a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your expertise! Drive flawless Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're a merchandising innovator: Keep your store in top shape by managing day-to-day merchandising, adjusting sell-through strategies, and replenishing stock. Be alert to merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping your store #fresh!
• You're a people person: Prioritize the guest experience and foster a culture of recognition by celebrating team successes.
• Integrity is essential: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, implement shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
