YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a guest-ready store through effective replenishment. You pay close attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your specialty: Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring standards are met across all store areas.
• You're an innovator in merchandising: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold brand standards through merchandising and replenishment, keeping the store #fresh.
• You are a people person: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity is vital: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, adhere to policies, and implement shrink-reducing strategies.

• Retail merchandising and visual skills, with retail experience preferred
