YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing, merchandising updates, and maintaining a guest-ready store through replenishment. You pay close attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store aligns with AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets: Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring standards are met across all store areas.
• Merchandising innovation: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Teamwork: Support the team in maintaining brand standards through merchandising and replenishment, ensuring the store looks #fresh.
• People skills: Prioritize guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team successes.
• Integrity: Uphold store safety standards, adhere to policies, and implement shrink-reducing strategies.
