YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You possess a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience alongside the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your expertise: Drive excellent Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards—from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're an merchandising innovator: Keep your store in top shape by managing day-to-day merchandising, adjusting for sell-through, and replenishing stock. Be alert to merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork is key: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, making sure the store always looks #fresh!
• People skills: Prioritize the guest experience for the merchandising team. Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
