YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You have a keen eye for detail, passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support creating an outstanding guest experience alongside the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your expertise! Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards—from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're a merchandising innovator: Maintain your store's appearance through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
• Teamwork is key: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store #fresh!
• People skills: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team successes.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom, implement shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
