YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is always 'guest ready' through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your expertise! Drive excellent Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards — from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're an innovative merchanidser: Maintain your store's appearance through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Be attentive to merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure the team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store #fresh.
• People skills: Prioritize the guest experience and foster a culture of recognition, celebrating team wins.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom, adhere to shrink-reducing strategies, and follow AEO policies and procedures.
